I Want to Lose Weight

I have had this belly for years. It isn't massive, I can still see my toes when I look down, but I want it to go away. I did situps for about 6 months, as many as 150 each night before bed, which gave me rock hard abs, but that belly was still there.

My latest attempt is to stop drinking milk at breakfast each morning, instead I have two oranges, and that is my breakfast. I can definitely see my gut shrinking. I think maybe the milk was bloating me out. I read about a technic these days where they freeze fat to make it go away, has anyone tried that? Does it work?

Best thing for mine was cutting out bread.
Exercise did nothing. Was all cutting back on carbs for me.

I've not tried that, idk if that would work or not, but one thing I have done is cut out carbs from what I eat, just eating generally more healthy, and just exercise regularly, although not just sit ups other things as well. there is no cutting corners when loosing weight I think, I hope you get rid of it, good luck
