I Want to Lose Weight
I want to lose 67 more pounds because I’m 197 pounds right now. That would put me at 130 pounds which is healthy. I think. I’ve lost thirty and it’s been about two months. I’m worried that once I’m in weight loss mode and I’ve been counting calories for so long now... I won’t know how to stop or if I do I’ll gain it all back. I need advice... what do I do once I’ve met my weight loss goal? I’m eating 1080 calories a day and my Mom says I’ll have to eat more once I reach the weight I want to maintain. So... how do I go about that?
