I Want to Lose Weight

So, no more junk food. Stick to diet pills & drinking lots of water, light workouts in the AM. I know I'm able to pull this off an lose my unwanted ugly body weight.

Give low carb eating a try. Don’t get all ADD with it. Eat carbs before and after your workout. I’m around 220 and try to do between 50-100 carbs a day and it works super well.
