I Feel Like I'm Starving Myself To Lose Weight

I hate it I barely eat and still seems like I can't loose anything. I work out, walk and jog but still nothing.
excersise is great for muscle, mood and health but it can be counter productive for weight loss, especially on restricted calories..especially cardio stuff.. weight loss is 99 percent food. eat more nutritionally dense food like protein to fill up and less carby and sugary things that do crazy things with your metabolic hormones.. and stay busy doing stuff you love and papmer yourself.. extra boost if you sleep 8 hours and get morning sunshine
