I Am Trying to Lose Weight

I think my biggest problem is my appetite. I have trouble portioning out my food. I always want just one more bite. I'm working on changing this but it's a constant struggle. I come from a family that loves food. That trait passed down onto me. I'm not going to give up and i hope to post updates on my progress with it. Thanks for reading.

From my own experience struggling with weight, I've discovered that eating a very low carb diet takes away my appetite. Try lowering your carbs to the point where you have no sugar cravings and are not always getting hungry. It seems hard to give up high carb foods like potatoes, rice, bread and pasta, but when you do, you may well find that your raging appetite disappears
