I Am Trying to Lose Weight

Not trying but working for it. Since last summer I was able to drop 25kg. Always struggled with it since ... like I wasn't diagnosed with an ED but my relationship to food was always bad. Always have been afraid to eat in front of others, skipping meals etc. It screwed my body and mind. I want to encourage others to battle with their minds and eating habits so they can be healthier and happier. It's worthy of the change and don't be afraid to do so. Take little steps and it will pay off. 馃槍

Just wanted to get this out of my chest. 馃槄

I was shy too, but when I younger. As I got older I realized why should I give a fuck about strangers. In any case, keep going at it. You'll get there

I'll send u more songs soon. I tried messaging u n it said i gotta wait 4 u to respond back lol . Well I got to get to bed it's 4:22 a.m. my time and I had to get up by 7:30 a.m. or 8 a.m. for work I will keep in touch. Do not give up on yourself :-)

@Stereoguy Well I am still not where I wish to be with my appereance I always had a strong hate relationship to my body so it's hard to change that to be honest. But hopefully I will get here :)
