I Am Trying to Lose Weight

So... I'm not losing the LBs like I've wanted & it's beginning to make me a little mad

I'm at the dance last night & I had to be lifted up as part of the choreography & I know the guys where trying to be nice... I even asked them to improvise the lift after the lean just out of embarrassment....

I found a scale just now & I AM NOT happy. I think my muscles are not making me feel well about the weight issue.

I work out 2 hours a day and I've been increasingly been trying new dance lessons to mix it up... I use 10 pound weights for my strength work..... I've reduced carbs and eat a ton of veggies and other "good" things and do my best to avoid fast food....

I'm short in stature and you can see any weight gain on my frame...... I'm irritated

Keep up the cardio and just persist. My body plateaus when I’m trying to make changes too and you just have to fight through it. Some times the best thing you can do is shock your body with new or more difficult exercises. If you run then try changing up your pace, or do short burst sprinting. Don’t lose hope though, it will come together eventually!
@Icantsoishant thank you. I've been keeping this in mind... I had a chat with a nutritionist and she said I needed to eat more because of my level of activity (wth?)
I'm gonna begin lap swim this week and see if that helps ....

I'm trying though :>

You can do it! The hard work will pay off in time.
