According to places ive read where they know there stuff, its not easy or even possible to lose weight just on a certain area. But eating healthier and doing exercise that will strengthen up the area will help. I cant do sit ups as the others suggest. Id like to improve my stomach too.

You should try sit-up and push-up. 20 each/ per day. Good luck!
