Dear Heart of Memphis, I shared your pain for many years, at my heaviest, ! weighed 215. I felt disgusted, in everything I bought, I looked like an elephant in a mouse suit. I tried everything under the sun, and nothing worked. When I was just about ready to give up, a friend of mine helped me get fit, I am now down to 130 and loving my lIfe!

Hi,

I took 10 kilos from these last year and as you I was desperate. I try everything, all diet program, sport but I never lose more than 2 kilos. They came back so quickly.

That was until I discover a new healthy product. The healthy ingredient inside help me a lot.

I lose 12 kilos in 3 months without change any of my behaviors.
For sure I continue to take care of my diet.

I m not her to make any advertising but to explain that we always can find something working for yourself.

I hope you will find your way to lose your excess weigh and I wish you a good continuation.
I m glad to give my support to you.
Ps: sorry for my english(

I know from experience that losing weight is one of the hardest things a human being can ever do, because it seems like you workout and you diet, but you don't see a change or as quickly as you'd like it to. And then you feel like it's not working and give up. I've spent about 7 years trying to slim down and I'm just NOW gaining some progress.

I had lap-band surgery 29 October 2012 and to date I have lost 73 pounds.

I was a prime candidate for a heart attack or stroke with my health problems. OH and I got to stop taking my FIVE daily insulin shots too. My last shots were the night before my surgery.

Awesome!!!!!!

I think so too. :-)
Now if I can just cut down or stop taking some of my other meds. I know I can't quit all of them but if I can cut down on some I'll be happy. I know I have to lose a lot more weight before that happens though.

It can be hard...after I quit smoking I went from 165 or 170 to right at 200 lbs. But I currently weigh about 173. Hard to lose but I did it mainly by watching what I eat. I have also used the socalled military diet. The last weight is the hardest to lose especially due my having thyroid issues. Congratulations on your loss!

Ask you physician if any of the new FDA approved drugs can help you. The body can resist added weight loss after a while. Belviq seems to be helping some people lose added weight. Check out Ellie Wenker facebook page and blog she has lost 18lbs in four weeks. Good luck

Well done that is really good going, you should feel proud of yourself so far. Keep at it and gradually you will reach your goal. I've been using the 5-2 fasting diet and I've managed to lose 14 lbs in 7 weeks. It's getting harder but I won't give up. :)

Hi, if you are really serious you should start the 90-challenge now and qualify for a special bonus in 90 days or less. Here is my website: coppy and paste it in your browser. www.challengetogrow.myvi.net

There's no quick fix for weight loss. You didn't gain weight fast, you can't expect to loose it fast. My wife has lost over 70 lbs over the last 18 months. We both joined Weight Watchers it really the best program out there.

Awesome! I am trying to dump about 70 that I picked up after an injury. I signed up as a beach body coach to kick myself in the pants. I am actually building an online support group if you are interested. Let me know.
Cheers

I know, it's like golf. Shaving off the first 5 lbs./strokes is easiest and it gets progressively harder.

You reminded me to turn off the computer and start the day.
thememphisbelle · 51-55, F
And just how is that?
rgpc
Time to get to the gym, and there is a motorcycle or so in the garage that need attention, etc.
