I should be clear that I'm no dangerously overweight. If you see some of the videos of me when I was in my twenties and my picture now, the difference is night and day.
I was pushing 250 and now I'm closer to 215 and that was over the course of six years.
My goal is to be below 200, even if it's just for a little while.
