Sound of silence
have you ever wondered what it would be like to never speak another word again ~ to remain silent for the rest of your life
I’m thinking this rn because as beautiful and comforting as words are and can be they can be so damaging too and when a person has endured a lot of heartbreak from certain kinds of words all that’s left is silence … silence and body language that can express comfort without saying a word , that can show feelings without saying words we come to reflect on that makes us feel undeniably vulnerable.
After all the world does not speak in words but it reveals it’s beauty and it anger through nature and her ability to let us know how she’s feeling by showing us all the seasons of the year … sunsets and sunrises , night sky , rain , heat … all of her emotions on the surface yet not a word said.
Some of us listening to her while some never hearing one word.
