Ever have one of those days where nothing is going right, you feel like a loser and the weather is against you? Yep that’s my day so far 😞😞😞

so sorry for that feeling.. i ve been there alot ,seriously !!
its just you gotta fight these feelings
FİRST OF ALL
feed animals ,if you have cats or dogs ,you are lucky ..and if not , go out and find some animals to feed and give them some water you will feel so happy and grateful inside
then
go out and have some fresh air, go for a walk on morning , drink some coffee with an old friend..or someone you love !
go to the garden that you know very well set there for a while ,surrounded by pets , birds , trees and beautiful viewd ..
iam sure you will be great 😻🙏

Things are usually not as bad as they feel. If you have a roof, and food and a car and a job Believe me. You're doing ok .

Oh yeah.

When it happens I think...things are usually not as bad as I think they are. They feel like that because I'm in it.
