Ever been to a WALKSOFF Parade?

Its a term the old air force pilots used to describe their actions if the weather was below minimums to fly. It came to mind when I saw the neighbor arrive home early this afternoon. She flies the local traffic chopper and today's weather is well below minimum with moderate rain and thunderstorms in the area.
