House smells wonderful

I spent the rainy afternoon making a beef stew, cut the meat and browned it and added the veggies, so delicious 😋

My mum always used to say "there is something magical about the smell of frying onions that is comforting and soothing"

Cooking smells really bring a comfort and a coziness to a home.

@OogieBoogie very true! I sautéed the onions in the crunchy bits left from browning the meat and a little bit of stock and got it all released from the bottom of the pan
