Hurray! Summers are over. Goodbye to the heat and welcome to the rains. Gonna enjoy Rains till September 🙂
Oh the amazing smell of wet soil takes me back to some good childhood memories when i used to make a paper boat and see it float.
Still remember the first time I felt love in monsoons and the first kiss publicly while he and I were drenched looking for shelter. It felt so pure and honest.

The southwestern US gets a monsoon. But it is a desert so probably not too much rain.
Oh, we get rain all year here in the northeast US, and snow, but it is a different meteorological pattern than a monsoon wave, which occurs seasonally in the southeast US.
