Stopped to play around
In the drain by the road
Mucked around in the water
Released the gathered leaves
Let the waters flowwwwwwww
Was only in my winter shoes
Not my bright warm boots
So not much splish-splashing
Felt the cold rain pelt my face
Tasted the drops upon my tongue
Felt glad to be alive
Feel younger too than in time
Do you smell the air?
Rejuvenating all around
Lady Spring is drawing near
