@Experienced33: I'm not outside without lots of heavy clothing when it is that cold. Most likely I will have fresh logs in our fireplace with a roaring fire. I am an indoor hermit during most of the winter.

when I was in the climate..we would take breakers to cut thru the frost...erect steel..and pour the slabs...with heaters and CC
