We turned the heater on tonight

and I am still so very cold. Is this common for people who have had heart surgeries. I don't don't get it and I don't want to roast out my family.

Meds may have your BP and HR a bit low. Record your vitals and take your temp. A cup of soup might warm your core

@GoFish honestly I haven't had much time to research this but I have an always so cold. Tonight was very bad. I try to stay close to the fireplace and even have a heated blanket but I still feel cold...

@Cigarguys are you drinking warm drinks or cold drinks?

After my wife's cancer surgery she is always cold. Being Southern Florida our air conditioning runs year round. Actually it is so warm here that having heat in your house is not a building code requirement. Stores and restaurants don't even have heat.
