Heavy rain today and a delay for Chiara getting to school.

The weather should not have the effects it does on the roads, but traffic slows dramatically when it is raining 🌧 with a fury of wind and lightning. Chiara wasn’t late to school but she didn’t have the usual amount of preparation time as she usually gets. I am delivering the girls to school for the remainder of the week to help with the fact of urgent rearrangements for the girls on Friday and Monday.

I hope Chiara is doing alright to be going back to school a d getting back into her normal routine. Dealing with emotions of experiencing her first death can be difficult. Sending you both hugs 🫂 and prayers .🙏

@Ximenajacoba She's a strong young lady. Getting nack into her routine and being with friends could help, I suppose. Everyone deals with grief in their own way.
