I’ve made curried lentils that tasted just like chili, so tasty that I was surprised because the recipe said “curried”. It had ginger powder and a bit of tamarind (which is sweet & sour). So good with grated cheese, sour cream and chopped onions. The weather needs to cool down some before I make it again.
