I just saw a guy in shorts casually walking in 10°C, rain and wind. Meanwhile I just took a short walk and feel nasty pain in my ears and as if my head was about to explode. 😒How do these people do it?

@CrazyMusicLover i know people who wear sorts all year round.....but being on the west coast we don't get frigid temps
