Thunder and lightning and my dog Chloe
Last night, despite the Weather Channel’s assurance that the skies would be clear and no precipitation was expected, around 8:30 pm the skies opened.
It was way better than fireworks for around an hour. Chloe, my Corgi mix dog, is normally un-worried about such things, but the flash-boom got to her. It was striking close.
I think she decided since I wasn’t freaking out, I must be in the safest place.
