There is still a thunderstorm warning here, but I don’t think it’s going to happen
It is still warm enough for the children to be playing waterpolo in the pool. It seems to be the best popular option in the pool during the afternoons, once everyone re-emerges from their after lunch naps.
We have a long outdoor table that everyone sits at for lunch. Everyone contributes in some way and we often trip over each other as we move the various bowls containing the food to select from. The table is shrouded by screens from the sun’s intensity and there are plants to distract any livestock that escape into our pool garden area.
We are all very happy and content here, as we always are. Each family contributes a good deal to the costs our older family members accrue. It used to be my grandparents paid the costs but since the farm isn’t producing enough to make this possible we have a bank account we all deposit monies into all year. It is not burdensome.
