One degree Celsius in Oslo this morning ๐ŸŒ… chance of snow?

Maybe, but it might warm a little this afternoon!

The weekend ahead, and in countless places the shops may be mobbed for last minute bargains. My friend in England says two retailers she has noticed are offering turkeys for ยฃ6 and vegetables for the Christmas lunch at 8 pence a pound (weight). Craziest part is how they have over-ordered and must either be selling at a loss, or they never offered the farmers enough for their hard work in the first place!

The retail price range in Norwegian Krone for turkey meat is between NOK 33.06 and NOK 154.08 per kilogram or between NOK 14.99 and NOK 69.88 per pound(lb) in Oslo and Bergen.

I am just about to venture out to the supermarket (food store) here in the UK.
I will let you know how much the turkey costs around my area later.
