The house(republican led) blocked the funds for Fema back in early Sept. Johnson said he wont call them back from recess until November to vote for more funds for Fema. The money is not spent on illegals like someone has lied about. It cannot be spent on anything but emergencies. The money has all been used up and was voted out of the last budget by the repubs

@SSDecontrol thst is a outright lie. We have had fire disasters in the billions, other storms, bridges collapsing. That is where the money has gone. The funds were low so the dems tried to add some more money to the budget. It was stripped out by the republicans before approving the budget. Now, they are delaying the vote for the money until after the election.
I wonder why. The red states need the money now!!!! Trump wants them to wait. There is no compassion and feelings from the republican leadership. I hurt for the red states and their people but their leadership is screwing them over. They are americans before republicans and democrats. Americans help their own. Here in Arizona, supplies are being sent to help. Im sure that will happen throughout the united states. Americans will do what some of the leadership will not do. And for someone who wants to be a president not caring enough for those victims to tell congress not to vote until after the election is criminal.
