customers that lie. and i can't tell them where to go if you know what i mean. one customer said i sent out wrong product when i know i didn't. transport company mixed up shipments...they can fight it out with them

@NativePortlander1970 i told them to send me a pic of the label....they got busted. they were hoping i wouldn't ask... it's a real mess for them to fix. their product is 3 provinces away 🤣. it's a good thing the shipment went collect on their dime. if we had paid for the freight then i would have to fix

@NativePortlander1970 it becomes a real mess when cross border shipments get screwed up...then you have to deal with customs issues
