Do you keep something under the door to stop the drafts?

We have a storm door in front of the wood door and I put those clear things on the bottom of it to help cut down on air coming in. But a little still leaks in when it’s really windy. The back patio doors don’t get air moving through because we enclosed the deck completely and keep the windows closed all winter.
