How does Canada (Canadu) get colder than the north pole

I mean, scientifically, how is this possible?

Canada falls in the westerlies regions and there are substantial trees giving evaporation thereby giving a temp fall over and above all the freezings .
The snow falls and ice flakes are light and prone to flow in storms caused by the blizzards which abound, in this belt,,,These swift winds cause still lowering of temperatures,
As gainst this ,whether Northpole or South,, there are no trees or any greenery ,, and weather is principally still on ICE slab.. which adheres each molecule ..All is static and does not have additional temp falls..
