when was the last time you blessed the rains down in Africa?

I haven't but I know a neighbor who has. He lived in one of the dryest areas in Africa and he told me when it started raining they had a dance celebration in the whole village because it was a miracle the very few times it happened since it saved that year's harvests. So he say anytime he see rain here in Europe, he gets happy.
