Unusual cold spell on weather frozen pipes possible

I live in south Mississippi we're experiencing a bad cold spell. This is unusual for the area. Its currently 24° outside. Our trmps are usually 50s to 60s high... upoer 30s low...
We forgot to let fausets drip....I got ip early this morning and realized theres no hot water! Arrg
Were letting it drip now from hot water.
I suppose were going to be trying to defrost the pipe later .....
Arg what else to do?

I'd open all faucets to full.
If there are places where the pipes are accessible start heating them there.
Light tapping may help crack some ice. Perhaps enough to get some water flowing.
Leave the faucets open until they run normal then use the dripping tactic from there on out.

Running the hot water every hour or two until it's coming out as hot as it can get. That will bring heat to the pipelines you can't get at and hopefully stop them from freezing again.
