I had to go out during the hottest hour of the hottest day of the year. It was tough and a close call, but I survived! And the popsicle afterwards was very much needed.

@SW-User it's ridiculous... And yet people question if climate change is problematic or even real. Only explanation is that they never leave their mom's basement.

@NerdyPotato it's been a long discussed issue, in the 1980s they banned certain type of aerosol spray cans because of the depleting ozone layer, then in 2017 or something Trump decides this is all a myth and now suddenly millions of people believe him instead of the experts who've out decades into research on this

@SW-User reminds me of the book 1984 when they go back an “correct” past literature so that it agrees with the current thoughts now. I think some people in todays world look up to “Big Brother” and see him as a hero
