“If he didn’t have a damn gun,” Polhamus said, “he wouldn’t have gone and killed anybody.””

Georgia is ranked as #46 in laxity of gun ownership laws.

While Colt admits to committing the shooting his parents and all the right wing Georgia politicians who treasure their guns and NRA donations ALSO HAD THEIR FINGERS ON THE TRIGGER!

Four lives needlessly snuffed out, at least 9 treated for physical wounds, untold number of youngsters, staff, and families mentally and emotionally wounded…

All you right wing politicians out there—we don’t want your fake “thoughts & prayers.”

WE WANT YOU TO DO YOUR DAMN JOBS!

@ElwoodBlues It's amazing what has become normalized. A lady here blocked me because I tried to make her understand how terribly dysfunctional is the idea of arming teachers with guns to solve the school shooting problem; she truly did not see it as strange in any way!

JD: if you can’t be part of the solution at least have the DECENCY to not obstruct those of your “comrades” who are willing to try!

@justanothername No, I did that on purpose, the same way I use [redacted] to avoid using profanity. While pair is not profane per se it clearly has a connotation that I wished to infer, but not resort to the guttural language of the MAGAs and their Apricot Antichrist. That’s why I placed it in quotes.

But thanks for pointing out the intended meaning for those not bright enough to catch the inference.
