Texan Governors love shootings and massacres

Because it gives them free TV coverage to personally promote gun sales of AR15s to their constituents and to help promote their own political aspirations.

Unfortunately continued gun violence doesn’t make a good business argument for a strong growing economy with higher paying jobs.

@specman It’s based on my observations and the lack of affirmative action by Texan governors to reduce gun sales and crime.
As a comparison. Texas governors have moved very quickly to make it almost illegal for women in Texas to get an abortion yet that same woman who may or may not have a criminal conviction can walk into any gun store in Texas, but an AR15 and ammunition and walk out of that gun store and be ready able to kill anyone who pisses her off.
