Anyone Else Experienced In Shooting Feral Hogs?

Here in South Dakota, we have had a rise in population. Haven’t shot any yet but before it gets too cold, going out with my trusty .20 gauge too find some. They are fair game here.

20 gauge is a bit underpowered for hogs, unless you're able to get close...

they scare & scatter pretty easily here, most people go with .243 at minimum, many use 30-30, I use 6.5 prc
