Steel door, windows that cannot be open from outside + gratings (if ground level), blinders, perimeter alarm, actual walls that won't be tore down with a punch, smoke screen, and a good ol' bar of steel to use as a baton or a big àss sharp meat knife on the night table if it makes you sleep better at night
