@Matt85 The Para Ordnance has a higher magazine capacity and a little longer barrel. A little more weight too. Less recoil, more stable. The Colts I own are more of an investment. Have a Series 70 1911 too. Its about the same shape. Very few rounds through it. Made in 1979
@calicuz Lots on Gunbroker for sale If you really want a Colt. Not priced too good really. But a few not too bad. Lots of clones on there priced better but unsure of the quality on half those.
All unfired due to no public range access for two hours around. I could take them to the maternal family farm an hour away, but my uncle says they got a new neighbor that's anti gun and calls the sheriff everytime him or another neighbor shoots on their own private ranges.
@NativePortlander1970 Can use my backyard anytime your in this neck of the woods. Have a 100 yard range and a good solid railroad tie/sand filled backstop. Nothing but forest behind that for a couple miles
