Why is it that the ppl in Switzerland carry guns and their crime rate is one of the lowest?!!!

In Hungary, u cannot own a firearm! Their crime rate is one of the highest!!! Which leads me to believe that it’s the ppl & not the guns that is the problem!!!!!

Switzerland actually has pretty strict guns laws.

Guns, ammo, carrying guns, hunting, licensing, it's all very strict. We have nothing like it.
