Nope. It's not. Trump's action against Iran was a wake up call to all the bad actors in the world. NK and China cooled their jets after Iran's nuclear program hidden hundreds of feet below ground was destroyed in a matter of seconds. Trump would rather everyone get along and make lots of money together. The world seems to agree with him
