He didn't do that when Russia was occupying Crimea, so I don't see why he'd try that now. Especially after he told Viktor Orbán that he's going to cut funding to Ukraine.

@soar2newhighs You got Joe and Putin confused. Putin wants to rule over everyone. The only “peace” deal he’s interested in is one where Ukraine lays down and lets him roll on through and that’s not going to happen. So the other two options are for the war to continue
