I got blamed for something I didn't do at work. A customer was very rude to me and I couldn't keep pretending it was okay.

I told him I'll do and say what I want when I'm treated poorly. This is after him cussing me and calling me names. He was in the wrong and there's no way I could of done anything differently to appease him. The manager that "fixed" it didn't even do... (...)
