Just don't understand

Went to lunch with friends today, we have a rule about not being on our phones and we all talk and stuff. We noticed a group that probably said 0 words the entire time because they just sat on their phones. I am so glad we don't do that.

Since having my son I have noticed I wake up routinely throughout the night, is this normal?

Tonight didn't go as planned
