man has no money so he was really thinking about it. his next door neighbor, summer, he really really hit it off with. he considered rushing things with her. but when he met her (before learning about the family death) he knew he wanted to get on his feet and build a home for himself before getting into a relationship with her. for his benefit and for hers.
