@Morvoren The in game lore reason is that the Argonians have boobs as the Hist Trees want them to be better able to blend into society. Subterfuge is a core teaching of the Hist trees. For as much as the Hist Trees allow their intentions to be known.

@Jessmari I understood the answer, they aren't for feeding young but for ornamental purposes- the same as men having nipples.

@GeniUs Pretty much.. Argonians lay eggs, but those eggs are immediately left with the Hist tree where they are fed hist sap till maturity.
