check bathesda for any server issues, and check sony. It's probably a known issue by now and should be on either website.

@NerdySoph I haven’t checked their site yet, but FO4 logs in without issue so I’m assuming it’s an issue either with the update itself or with traffic volume since the update…with new CC content and a plethora of bug fixes there may be millions worldwide trying to log in all at once
