Deciding on if I should install an ENB.
Skyrim vanilla weather can be a bit dreary at times. It looks like its overcast all the time.

I think i like this ENB preset. It looks cold instead of overcast.

I downloaded a mod a couple of years ago that let me change the sky color with various spells that cost zero magicka. I don't remember why I got rid of it. I'm thinking I might get it again.

@LordShadowfire That sounds really convenient, but I think I want to overhaul the entire weather/lighting system.
