Now he sees what a perfectionist I am when it comes to video games

I’m playing The Outer Worlds, which I’ve played before, but never finished it and it’s been a while… Desmond’s watching me play it this time, because even though he’s not a gamer himself, he likes watching when I play, apparently. Anyway, when I was on the verge completing the first world, I noticed I made an irreversible mistake on that playthrough that I just couldn’t live with, so I went and started a new game altogether. Desmond seemed amused, all asking “You’re really going to start over just for that?” I reminded how I told him before that I’m a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to gaming and will do it all over again if I’m not satisfied with something. “You weren’t kidding,” he said. 😅
