Do they still add that disclaimer for online games "gaming experience may change during online play"?

Apparently it means that the game developers are not responsible for the behavior of other players and the game may lag due to poor internet connection. I always saw it as a nice way of telling gamers "You may think you're a skilled player, but you could encounter other players who are way better," lol.
