Not sure about xbox 360 in particular, but I assume it should work for all xbox games. There is the xbox app on your windows descktop. At least there is on mine (and I can't get rid of it. It opens every time I start my pc). You could probably log into your acc and play games directly from there on your pc.
I personally don't use it, because I was never a console gamer, so I don't have any games for it. So I can't give you more reassuring information.

@TanukiFrolic Yeah it has to do with a thing called, Xbox Play Anywhere. Basically the game has to have that tag on it "Xbox Play Anywhere" and that game will work on Xbox and PC, but this feature is for newer games and consoles. I don't think Xbox 360 games are included in that offering of Xbox Play Anywhere. I think you also need a Game Pass subscription to use the Xbox Play Anywhere.
