Is intentionally kill stealing from a friend ok or not ok?

I get accused of kill stealing sometimes on mobile legends. But im literally just teaming up. And if i know the enemy has an ability that will help them escape. Its foolish for someone to whine about kill stealing. When you get gold for the support. I generally do not care.
