I need more video games where a female character you play as is pregnant

I just got done watching a video of someone playing Amnesia: Rebirth and one of the in-game mechanics is the player character rubbing her pregnant belly to reduce her stress levels. Just, wow. 🥺

I need more games like that right now!

There are a few games like this. There's even a mod for Minecraft Java Edition on deviantART that has this exact mechanic. However, these games and mods are porn games, so they appeal to people like me for very different reasons.

From what I know of it, most designers are a type of guy likely to be scared of girls & quite icked out at the thought of pregnancy. 😅
